We want your Sunkissed sunglasses to reach you quickly and safely. Here's how our shipping works.
Order processing
Orders are processed and quality-checked within 1 business day. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a second email with tracking once it ships.
Delivery time
Most orders are delivered within 2–3 business days of dispatch. Delivery may take a little longer for remote pin codes or during peak periods and sale events.
Shipping charges
- Free shipping on all orders over ₹2000.
- A flat shipping fee applies to orders under ₹2000, shown to you at checkout before payment.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow your parcel to your door. Please allow a few hours for tracking to begin updating after dispatch.
Damaged in transit
We pack every pair carefully, but if your order arrives damaged, record a continuous, unedited unboxing video and visit our Returns & Exchanges page to raise a claim.
